Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas suffered a serious head injury during Spain’s 6-0 friendly victory over Azerbaijan in Baku. Fabregas was tripped inside the penalty area just before half-time and he appeared to hit his head on the ground. The Spanish medical team had to work hard to stop the bleeding. Fabregas appeared to be in a lot of pain and he required stitches to close the wound on his head. He was replaced by Barcelona’s Sergio Busquets in the second half.
